摘要
针对某三缸机车型在蠕行工况存在整车抖动共振问题,建立动力总成悬置系统多体动力学仿真模型,结合LMS设备进行实车试验。通过分析和对比试验,对液压悬置阻尼特性优化后,抖动共振问题明显改善,达到可接受水平。
In the light of the problem of resonance vibration of a vehicle equipped with one three-cylinder engine,set up the multi-body dynamic Model of powertrain mount system,and used LMS equipment for the vehicle test.Through analysis and comparative tests,after the damping characteristics of hydraulic mount are optimized,the resonance vibration problem is obviously improved to an acceptable level.
