摘要
利用Pro/e建立蔓维模型,结合多动力学和GM的标准计算各极限工况下的受力;用ABAQUS软件对其结构强度进行了分析及拓扑优化。结果表明,经过优化后的变速箱能够大幅度地降低关键部位的应力,提高了变速箱辅助支撑的安全性。
In this paper, a three-dimensional model is established by using Pro/c, and the forces under diffcrent limit conditions are calculated by combining the multi dynamics and GM standards. The structural strength of the structure is analyzed and optimized by ABAQUS software. The results show that the optimized gearbox can greatly reduce the stress of the key parts and improve the safety of the auxiliary support of the gearbox.
