摘要
悬置支架是动力总成最重要的零件之一,本文通过有限元方法分别对悬置支架的强度和接触面的微动等安全性能进行分析,并与道路试验结果进行对比,证实了有限元分析的准确性,分析结果可对悬置支架后期的优化设计方向提供重要依据。
Mounting bracket is one of the most importantpowertrain components. The mounting bracket strength and fretting ofcontact surface were discussed based on finite element analysis in this.paper, and then the results confirm the accuracy of finite elementanalysis, compared with the road test. The studies show that finiteelement analysis can offer some reliable basis for optimization designdirection later for mounting bracket.
