摘要
目的探讨实习前简易模拟患者(SSP)综合护理训练对提高护理专业实习生临床适应能力的效果。方法 90名护理专业学生随机均分为两组:A组学生实习前1个月接受SSP综合护理训练;B组学生接受常规实习前理论与操作训练。比较两组学生初始3个月实习期的评判性思维、人际沟通、临床护理能力和健康教育能力。结果两组学生训练前理论和操作考核结果相仿(P>0.05)。临床实习2周和2个月时,A组学生在以上4项综合能力评分均明显高于B组(P<0.01和P<0.05);实习3个月时,A组学生的人际沟通能力评分高于B组(P<0.05)。结论实习前SSP综合护理训练能明显提高护理专业实习生实习初期的临床综合适应能力,顺利完成从学生到实习护士角色的转换过程,填补学校教育与临床实践之间的环节缺失。
Objective To investigate the outcomes of simple standardized patient(SSP) prepractice nurse students training program in enhancing the ability of clinical accommodation. Methods A total of 90 students was equally randomized into two groups of A(received SSP training program for one month before clinical practice) and B(received conventional training in theory and manipulation). The abilities of decision making, communication, clinical nursing and health education were scored and compared between two groups. Results The examination scores of theory and manipulation in group A were similar to those in group B (P〉0.05). The scores of abilities in decision making, communication, clinical nursing and health education were significantly higher in group A than those in group B at 2 weeks and 2 months of clinical practice (P〈0. 01 and P〈0. 05). The ability of communication in group A was higher than that in group B at 3 months of clinical practice(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The SSP pre-practice training program can effectively improve the ability of nurse students in accommodating clinical nursing, which is healpful for the students to transform from nursing school to clinical nursing and may fill a gap between school education and clinical practice.
