摘要
基于输入28.5 VDC,输出总功率180 W的机载计算机电源的设计,为满足"GJB181飞机供电特性"中对飞机用电设备输入28.5 VDC时过压浪涌80 V/50ms的要求,采用检测输入电压并控制MOSFET导通和关断的方法,通过对该电路的理论数据分析及与实际测试数据做比较,模拟了80 V/50 ms过压浪涌的试验,并用示波器记录了测试波形,得出该设计电路在输入28.5 VDC时,可以完全满足GJB181飞机供电特性过压浪涌要求的结论。并通过扩展应用介绍了在其他输入电压类型时过压浪涌保护电路的设计。
Based on a design of power supply for Aviation computer of 28.5VDC and 180W output. To meet the requirment of overvohage surge of 80V/50ms in GJB181, a test resistor is used to measure the input voltage for driving the MOSFET. A series of experiments based on theoretical and experience data are operated and the experimental results shows that this kind of circuit could meet the requirment of overvoltage surge in the condition of 28.5VDC input. Several circuits of anti- overvohage surge are introduced for extended application.
