摘要
前级汇流条输出的电源信号品质存在差异,因此要实现用电设备稳定可靠工作,需要设计性能优异的输入防护电路。提出了一种电源输入前端防护电路仿真模型,经过理论分析和仿真验证,该电路模型在不增加任何功能组件的前提下,对输入短时/长时过压浪涌、输入欠压以及负载突卸引起的过流等输入端异常情况均能快速响应并采取正确的保护措施,实现了对非正常输入电源信号的良好防护。
There are differences in the quality of power signals output by the previous bus bars,so it is necessary to design an input protection circuit with excellent performance to realize the stable and reliable work of electrical equipment.A simulation model of power supply input front-end protection circuit is proposed.After theoretical analysis and simulation verification,the circuit model can quickly respond to input abnormal conditions such as short-term or long-term overvoltage surge,input undervoltage and overcurrent caused by sudden load unloading without adding any functional components,and take correct protection measures,thus achieving good protection for abnormal input power supply signals.
