摘要
电子设备的损坏经常是因为电源的瞬间浪涌波动造成的,而雷击及负载瞬变等都会带来电源的浪涌冲击,本文根据不同情况不仅提出了依靠电感、电容、电阻或保险丝和TVS来对瞬态箝位的简单实用型浪涌抑制电路,还提出了使用凌特公司的专用器件LT4363实现的抗150V浪涌电路及LTC4366实现的抗500V浪涌电路的设计。
Damage to electronic equipment is often caused by transient surge of power supply,which caused by the lightning surge and load step response. According to the different situation this paper not only proposed a simple surge suppression circuit by relying on the inductance and capacitance, resistor, fuse and TVS, but also proposed the design of special devices using LT4363 to achieve 150V anti surge circuit and LTC4366 to achieve 500V anti surge circuit.
