摘要 为了解决煤矿井下因交流供电网络故障造成的井下监控通讯设备无法正常工作的问题,设计了一种矿用隔爆不间断直流电源系统。给出了系统总体设计方案,详细介绍了系统中各主要功能单元的硬件电路和软件程序的设计;该系统采用现场总线技术,以分层管理的方法实现了各电池储能模块充放电的安全有序调度,为整套电源系统的储能安全提供了全面保障;实际应用结果表明,该矿用隔爆不间断直流电源系统运行稳定、性能可靠、保护措施安全有效,具有较强的实用价值。 In order to solve the problem that the downhole communications monitoring equipment does not work properly due to AC power network fault,a kind of mine explosionproof uninterruptible DC power system is designed. The overall design of the system are presented, the design of hardware circuit and software program of the main functional unit are introduced in details in the paper. The system uses the field bus technology and the method of hierarchical management to realize scheduling of battery charging and discharging of the energy storage module safely and orderly scheduling, orderly and to provide a comprehensive security for the entire power energy storage system. The practical results show that the mine explosionproof uninterruptible DC power system has a strong practical value with stable operation, reliable performance and safe and effective protection measures.
