摘要
根据煤矿安全对供电连续性的需要,设计了基于DSP芯片TMS320F2812控制的数字化在线式UPS电源,相比较于模拟控制方式的UPS电源,其具有系统结构更简化,稳定性更高等一系列优点。详细给出了UPS电源各电路模块的设计方案和器件选型,制作完成了一台5 kW的UPS样机并实测了输出波形,验证了该设计方案的可行性和可靠性。
According to the coal mine salety needs for contlnmty of power supply, this paper design a on-line UPS based on DSP chip of TMS320F2812, compared to the analog control of UPS, it has a series of advantages such as more simplified system structure, higher stability and so on. The design presents various part of the UPS system and gives the selection of the component in detail, and finally finished a 5 kW UPS prototype, measured the experimental waveforms, proves the feasibility and reliability of this design.
