矿用产品硬件设计技术研究

摘要 矿用产品的运行环境较地面设备而言要恶劣得多,必须要对井下设备进行专门的硬件电路保护设计,才能确保产品在井下能长期可靠地运行。本文对井下设备的电源输入端、电源输出端、信号输入端、通信接口等部分均提出了专门的保护设计电路,还研究了EMC相关设计技术,为井下设备的可靠运行提供了完整的硬件设计方案。 The operating environment of mining products is much worse than that of the ground equipment, so we must carry out the special hardware circuit protection design for the underground equipment, so as to ensure that the products can run reliably in the long time. The power input end of the downhole equipment, the power output end and a signal input terminal, communication interface and other parts are put forward to protect by the special circuit design, also studied the EMC related design technology, provides a complete design of hardware for the reliable operation of downhole equipment.
