摘要 心理契约是人力资源管理激励的重要内容,具有主观性、动态性以及与主观期望的差异性特点。高校教师属于典型的知识型员工,需求层次高、人力资本存量大、工作的自主性强等特点决定了其独特的心理特征:对心理契约具有更大的敏感性,更加重视关系型契约,心理契约的内容更加丰富以及更容易感知心理契约的违背。应充分认识心理契约对高校教师的意义,从薪酬激励、情感激励、职业生涯规划和建立心理契约违背防范机制等方面,发挥心理契约的作用,增强激励效果。 The psychological contract is an important part of human resource management incentive, with subjective and dynamic characters and the differences in subjective expectations. University teachers are the typical knowledge staff, and the high demand level, great human capital stock and work autonomy di- ecide its unique psychological characteristics: having greater sensitivity to the psychological contract, paying more attention to the relational contract, having the more abundant content of the psychological contract, and more easily perceiving the violation of the psychological contract. We should be fully aware of the significance of the psychological contract to college teachers, from pay incentive, emotional moti- vation, career planning, to the establishment of a prevention mechanism of the psychological contract vio- lation, play the role of the psychological contract and enhance incentive effects.
