摘要
目的探讨年龄和性别对健康成人血浆D-二聚体浓度的影响。方法以西门子医疗诊断公司的INNOVANCE0D-Dimer和日本Sysmex公司的CAl500全自动凝血分析仪检测了583例健康体检者血浆D-二聚体,所得数据以SPSSl0.0统计软件包中有关处理方法加以处理分析。结果血浆D-二聚体总体水平随着年龄增长而增高(r=0.27,F=3.28,P〈O.05);年长女性(〉40岁)血浆D-二聚体总体水平明显高于同龄男性(t=2.24,P〈0.01);年轻组(〈40岁)的结果提示无性另4差异(t=0.983,P〉0.05);10岁年龄分层分析显示,男性50岁以下血浆D-二聚体基本保持稳定,而女性〉40岁便随年龄增加而升高,且明显高于同龄男性(t=2.24,P〈0.01)。结论健康人血浆D-二聚体随年龄增加而升高;年长女性高于男性。
Objective To explore Effect of age and gender on plasma D-dimer concentration in healthy adult. Methods Plas- ma D-dimer concentration of 583 healthy subjects were determined with INNOVANCE D-Dimer(Siemens Healthcare Diag- nostics Products GmbH) and Sysm CA-1500 system. The related statistical analysis was completed by SPSS software package Results D-dimer concentrations were significantly higher in aged group than that in young group ( r= 0.27, F=3.28, P〈0. 05). Plasma D-dimer concentrations in elder women (〉40 year old) were significantly higher than that in the same age men (t=2.24, P〈0. 01). In contrast,plasma D-dimer concentration in young group (〈40 year old) had no gender difference (t=0. 983, P〉0. 05). The analysis stratified by 10 year old revealed that D-dimer concentrations were stable in less than 50 year old men,but the D-dimer concentration in women increased with age in no less than 40 year old group. Con- clusion In healthy people, plasma D-dimer concentration increased with age, and plasma D-dimer concentration in elder women(〉40 year old) were significantly higher than that in the same age men.
