老年人内科急诊误诊87例分析

摘要 1资料与方法1.1临床资料：从我院2009年1月～2012年1月期间收治的464例内科疾病老年患者中,选取87例误诊病例为研究。其中,男55例,女32例,年龄56～84岁,平均（62.3±7.5）岁。1.2方法：采用回顾分析法对87例误诊病例进行分析。1.3统计学处理：运用Microsoft Excel统计软件对患者发生呼吸内科感染的相关因素进行统计。采用SPSSl0.0统计软件,
