摘要
为解决多轴控制系统中各运动轴的同步性问题,研究了虚拟主轴法同步控制方案。将它与目前常用的同步控制方案相对比,分析了其控制特点。以传统机械主轴同步系统的力学模型为依据,对虚拟主轴系统进行了建模仿真,并与其他同步模型相比较,体现了虚拟主轴方案的优势。研究了虚拟主轴同步控制算法在DSP上的实现,通过实验证明了该方案能够实现更好的同步控制效果。
With the purpose of improving the synchronization of multi-axis system, a type of topology for synchronized motion control, which is called virtual shaft, is described and researched. This synchronized control topology is compared with the most common used algorithm such as synchronized master reference and master-slaved algorithm. The simulation model of this algorithm is set up. At last, by programming on DSP, the virtual shaft algorithm is used in the application of biaxial servo motor synchronized control. And its effect of synchronization is certified.
