摘要
为了解决前后道压实端位置调节耦合问题,设计了一种前后平整器独立伺服驱动的方案,应用于ZJ116型卷接机组。经过实验测试,新设计系统的前后道平整器具备回参考点、动态调整功能。文中重点测试了在空载和带载工况下前后道平整器的同步功能,实验证明新系统与原系统具备相同的同步性,满足卷烟生产的需求。
In order to decouple the couple of dense-end position adjustment in the front and rear rods, this paper designs a solution of separated servo drive for front and rear trimmers in ZJ116 type of cigarette making machine. Experiments prove that the designed system of front and rear trimmers has the functions of reference positioning and dynamic adjusting. This paper focuses on the synchronization testing of the designed system, and it indicates that designed system has the same synchronization performance with the old one and can satisfy the needs of cigarette making.
