摘要
分析了某超声速风洞全挠性喷管的工作原理及特点,针对其型面控制中存在的问题,采用基于虚轴原理的运动同步控制方法,模拟出一根主轴直接驱动电动缸与电动推杆运动轴来实现喷管型面的控制;同时,建立了单路执行机构模型和同步控制系统模型,并通过Matlab仿真验证了模型有效性。结果表明,采用虚拟主轴同步控制策略的风洞喷管型面控制系统模型可以获得满意的运动同步与抗干扰性能,达到了预期目的。
The working principle and construction features of the full flexible nozzle in the supersonic wind tunnel are analyzed.In order to solve the problems of its contour control,using the method of motion synchronization control based on the principle of virtual shaft to simulate a main shaft to drive the electric cylinders and the linear actuators motion shafts directly.At the same time,the single actuator model and the synchronous control system model are established,their effectiveness has been verified through Matlab simulation.The results show that the system model can obtain satisfied performance of synchronization and anti-interference by the virtual shaft synchronous control strategy,which has achieved the expectation.
