摘要
利用几何光学原理 ,研制了一套光学装置 ,将激光束的离焦量变换为成像位置的偏移量 ,应用光电技术将该偏移量转换为电信号 ,通过控制电路的比较判断 ,对电机给出控制信号 ,从而实现激光头对工件表面的跟踪补偿 .文中论述了该系统的检测跟踪原理、光路设计、信号转换等问题 .
According to geometry optics principle,a non contact photoelectric follwing up system was designed and manufactured.Shift of focal plane was transformed to shift of image.Using photoelectric treat technique,the shift of image was changed to electric sign and motor receives control sign.Following up and compensate of laser head for surface of workpiece machined was completed.Some problems about test and follow up principle,light design and signal transform for this system were also discussed.
