摘要 介绍基于Cx51的软单片机控制技术和AD7705模/数转换器的在线激光功率检测系统的工作原理和结构组成;设计了信号的采集、放大、测量、显示等内容;详细讨论了AD7705模/数转换器与AT89S51单片机接口电路的设计。由于采用AD7705简化了硬件,使系统响应迅速、测量精度大大提高,满足了在线检测的要求。设计中采用一种"抽样检测"的方法,设计出一种通用电路模型,满足了系统测量激光波长范围宽的要求。 The principle and structure of the on- line laser power system which based on single chip control technology and AD7705 A/D convertor are introduced in this paper. Signal acquisition,amplified,measurement and display are designed. The AD7705 A/D convertor and single chip interface circuit design are discussed detailed. Owing to AD7705,simplifying the hard- ware and making the system to respond rapidly,improving the accuracy to meet the requirements of the on- line detection. A common circuit model adopting a sampling detection approach is designed to meet system requirement of a wide range of detection laser wavelength.
