高精度的模／数转换器ADS1100,它具有功耗小、量程宽、连续自校准、数据速率可编程等优点。文中介绍了该电路的工作特性及工作原理,最后给出了利用ADS1100设计的典型应用电路及部分程序。
The ADS1100 is a high performance analog/digital converter. It has many characteristics, such as a little power waste, wide range , automatic adjustability by itself, and programmable speed of data. This paper introduces the main characteristic and principle of the ADS1100,the example of application inthe measure and a partof programs.
