摘要
我国目前的ESP教学发展迅速,而高质量的ESP教材缺乏成为制约其发展的瓶颈。研究国外英语教材评估体系理论能为ESP教材的编写提供重要的参考,从我国ESP教学和教材编写角度出发,再度审视国外主要的英语教材评估理论,有益于探索其对指导我国ESP教材编写的启示。
ESP teaching in China is undergoing a fast development at present. However, the lack of high quality ESP textbooks becomes a bottleneck impeding its development. Study of foreign evaluation theories on English textbooks can provide important references for the compiling of ESP textbooks. Form the perspective of ESP teaching and compiling of ESP textbooks, the exploration into some major foreign evaluation theories on English textbooks is helpful to discover their instructive revelations to the compiling of ESP textbooks in China.
