摘要
针对铸件的使用要求,分析大型厚壁筒体铸件的结构特点和工艺控制要点,进行铸造工艺设计。生产证明:采用环形冒口,冷铁,砂芯及合理制定浇注系统等工艺措施,可以保证此类产品铸件的质量。
According to the operating requirement of casting, the design feature and difficulties of large-sized Al-alloy cylinder were analysed and casting procsee was designed. The results showed that the quality of casting can be assured by adopting ring casting head and designing correct cold iron, sand core and gating system.
