摘要 本文以目前国内外常用的缸盖铸造铝合金牌号,通过重力铸造工艺生产的不同汽车公司的发动机缸盖为研究对象,将实际生产中难以直接测量的凝固速率转化为可以控制的浇注温度和模具温度等工艺参数加以研究。结果证实了合金中的硅元素和铜元素减小树枝晶尺寸的作用。对影响缸盖毛坯冷凝速率的浇注温度以及模具温度,尤其是对应发动机燃烧室部位的底模温度等工艺参数的研究表明,和模具温度相比,尽可能低的铝液浇注温度降低二次枝晶间距的作用更大。发动机缸盖产品燃烧室部位的结构设计对于铸件的二次枝晶间距也有重要影响。 The objective of this work was to study the factors that influence DAS of aluminum alloy cylinder heads produced with gravity semi-permanent mold. The effect of silicon and copper on SDAS was confirmed by the experimental results, by casting the cylinder heads of different aluminum alloys. The influence of process parameters which affect the solidification rate of cylinder head casting, such as the pouring temperature, and the mold temperature, especially for the temperature in the bottom of the combustion chambers of the cylinder heads, wasalso studied. Compared with the mold temperature, lower pouring temperature has a larger contribution to the decrease of SDAS The geometric configurations of cylinder heads in combustion chamber zone also have an important effect on SDAS.
