摘要
以某重力铸造AC4B铝合金汽缸盖为例,对比分析锶变质处理改变汽缸盖枝晶形态后,其力学性能、加工铝屑形态、加工面粗糙度、导管压装力等方面的数据分析研究,结果表明锶变质处理对AC4B铸铝件加工性能有较明显的改善作用。
Taking an AC4B aluminum alloy cylinder head made by gravity casting as an example, the mechanical property, shape of aluminum debris with machine processing, roughness of finished surface and conduit press mounting force were analyzed, after contrasting and analyzing the dendritic morphology of the cylinder head changed by strontium modification. The results show that strontium modification can obviously improve the performance of the machine processing of AC4B aluminum casting.
