大型铝合金摩托车轮毂铸造工艺优化

摘要 随着摩托车排量增大,轮毂变得越来越宽大。由于轮辋较宽,使得轮辋与辐条交界处等位置得不到充分补缩,容易产生缺陷。利用计算机模拟软件对铸造过程进行模拟并分析模拟结果,较为准确的预测了铸件的缺陷位置,有针对性的对缺陷部分进行工艺优化改善,通过加厚冒口并在轮辋与辐条处增加冷铁等措施,消除了铸件的缺陷,提高了铸件的质量。 With the increase of motorcycle displacement, the wheel hubs become larger. As the rim is wider, the junction of the rim and spoke cannot get full feeding during solidification, therefore defects are easy to appear. In order to eliminate the casting defects and improve the quality of the casting, the solidification process of the wheel hub was simulated and the results were analyzed with modeling software. The position of casting defects was predicted more accurately. The improved processes were proposed, such as thicker riser and chill iron added at the junction of the rim and spoke.
