摘要
分析了某大型框架式铝合金铸件气孔、夹渣、裂纹、缩松、针孔等铸造缺陷产生的原因,从浇注系统设计、过虑网、局部冷铁等方面着手,对铸件工艺方案进行了优化改进。实践表明,效果明显,铸件气孔、夹渣、裂纹、缩松、针孔等铸造缺陷得到了有效的控制,显著提高了铸件的合格率。
Based on the analysis of the formation of casting defects such as the blowholes,slag inclusion,cracks,shrinkage,pinholes and others of large aluminum frame castings.The casting process was improved by optimization on the design of gating system,filter,local chills and other aspects.It is proved to be effective for elimination all these casting defects and the casting qualification rate has been significantly improved.
