摘要 应用ANSYS软件对小孔电解去毛刺过程进行二维电场仿真分析,并求解得到了加工电压和加工时间对小孔相贯线电解去毛刺成形轮廓变化曲线的影响。通过分析试验结果,得到了小孔相贯线轮廓在试验后的成形曲线。对比分析仿真结果与试验结果,进一步验证有限元求解模型的准确性。 2D electric field of pinhole electrolytic deburring process was simulated by the software of ANSYS. According to analysis of the simulation results, the influences curves of working voltage, working time to the forming outline of pinholes' intersection line were obtained. According to analysis of the experiment results, the influences curves were obtained by experiment. By comparing the simulation results and the experiment results, the accuracy of the finite element model could be proved.
