摘要 针对液压集成块内部孔道中液流的复杂性流动,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对孔道中的流场进行数值模拟。根据孔道的物理模型建立起相应的数值模型,并对数值模型进行求解;模拟结果表明工艺孔冗余容腔对孔道压降产生影响;分析了流场特征与孔道结构的关系,探讨了造成液流压力损失的原因,为孔道结构的改进提供依据。 Due to the complex flowing of the fluid inside the Hydraulic Manifold Block, the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method was applied to simulate the flow-field of the channels inside the Hydraulic Manifold Block. The numerical model of the channel was built according to the physical model, and it was solved by numerical method. The result indicated that the redundant technique-cavities had effect on the pressure-drop of the channel. The relation between the flow-field feature and the channel-structure was analyzed, and the causations of the fluld pressure-loss were discussed. The simulation result provided references for the improvement of the channel-structure.
