锥盒形件液压成形的实验研究

摘要 液压成形的关键技术是控制压边力和液池压力的加载曲线 ,本文通过实验研究 ,获得了锥盒形件液压成形的压边力和液池压力的加载曲线 ,指出了该类零件液压成形的失效形式 ,并对产生失效的原因进行了深入分析 。 Hydroforming process is a new sheet metal forming te ch nology. The key technology is to control the curves of blank holding force and c hamber pressure. In this paper, the curves of cone-box shaped parts by experime ntal research are obtained, the forming defects occurred in experimental are car ried out, and the reason on defects are analyzed. This research will promote the usage of knowledge engineering in sheet forming of automobile by hydroforming p rocess.
