摘要
相贯线倒角装置由使刀具旋转运动的皮带轮传动装置、使刀具接近加工件交角处的轴向装置、使刀具按照一定轨迹前后移动的气缸、随动轮以及端面凸轮组成的相贯线轨迹形成机构组成,实现了相贯线的倒角加工,解决了孔与孔加工后形成的相贯线尖角倒角难的关键工艺。
Intersecting line chamfering device consists of intersecting line pulley drives the tool rotating movement,the tool close to the workpiece axis angle at the device,the cylinder according to the tool back and forth movement,the trajectory intersecting line and face cam follower rollers forming composition agencies.The utility said chamfering device meet the needs of chamfered intersecting line,and solve the critical process after intersecting line cusp formed hole and hole machining chamfered difficult.
