摘要 为了高效去除汽车铝合金轮毂边缘的毛刺,利用2 k W光纤激光加工系统对铝合金轮毂进行去毛刺工艺研究,确定了最佳工艺参数.通过光学显微镜对轮毂横断面的宏观形貌进行表征.结果表明,当激光束从轮毂内侧进行扫描时,轮毂的毛刺完全被去除,原有尖边受激光处理后形成了R=0.5 mm的圆角.当激光束由外侧进行扫描且激光的入射角较小时,熔融区域的宽度较小.当离焦量为0 mm时,毛刺的去除效果较好.激光束的扫描速度对毛刺的去除效果影响不大.相比激光的内侧扫描,激光在外侧扫描时熔融区域的宽度较大. In order to efficiently remove the burr at the edge of aluminum alloy wheel hub,the laser deburring technology of aluminum alloy wheel hub was researched with 2 k W fiber laser processing system,and the optimal technological parameters were determined. The macroscopic morphology on the cross section of aluminum alloy wheel hub was characterized with the optical microscope( OM). The results showthat when the laser irradiates from the inner side of wheel hub,the burrs are completely removed,and the original sharp edge becomes a fillet with a radius of 0. 5 mm after the laser processing. When the laser irradiates from the outer side of wheel hub and the incident angle of laser is small,the width of melted region becomes smaller. When the defocusing distance is 0 mm,the removal effect of burrs is better.Moreover,the scanning speed of laser has little influence on the removal effect of burr. Compared with the inside irradiation of laser,the width of melted region becomes larger when the laser irradiates from the outer side.
