摘要
现代服务业日益成为引领世界经济增长的重要引擎,我国现代服务业发展前景广阔,将吸收大量劳动力。人才是现代服务业发展的第一要素。从目前现代服务业发展情况来看,无论是现代服务业人才的数量、结构,还是供需状况,都无法满足现代服务业发展需求。各级各地政府纷纷制定现代服务业人才开发战略。作为人才培养的主渠道,各类高等教育、职业教育院校应积极应对,加强对应用型、技能型人才的培养,更好对接社会实际需求。
The modern service industry is increasingly becoming the main engine in leading world economic growth. China modern service industry has a broad development prospects, and will absorb a large amount of labor. Talent is the first element of the modern service industry development. From the current development situation of the modem service industry talents, neither the number and structure, nor the supply and demand situation, can meet the development needs of the modern service industry. So governments at all levels are establishing talent development strategies of modern service industry. As the main channel of the talent training, all kinds of higher education and vocational education institutions should respond to it actively, and enhance the euhivation of applied and skilled talents,in order to better meet the actual needs of the society.
