摘要
随着郑州航空港成为国务院批准的首个以航空港经济为主题的实验区,其布局、发展产业相关的人才匹配问题越发突出,产业发展与人才匹配度高,则产业发展人才需求得以满足,人才个人价值得到充分发挥,实现"双赢",反之,则阻碍产业与人才各自的发展。分析了郑州航空港人才现状及产业发展人才匹配过程存在的问题,提出郑州航空港产业发展人才匹配策略有:增加政策协调性,提高产业发展人才匹配意识;发挥市场作用,调动"官产学"各方面积极性;优化人才结构,增加专业性、复合型、创新型人才比例;完善体制机制,优化人才工作生活环境等。
Zhengzhou Airport is the first area takes airport economic as the subject approved by the state council, the related person matching of its layout and development industry is increasingly prominent. If the matching degree of industrial development and talent is high, the talent personal value can be given full play, and the "win-win" is achieved. It not, it will hinders the development of industries and talents. This paper analyzes the current personnel situation and the problems existing in the personnel matching process of industrial development and puts forward the talent matching strategies of Zhengzhou Airport. The strategies are increase policy coordination to improve industrial development talent match consciousness; give play to the role of the market to arouse the enthusiasm of "government-industry- university"; optimize the talent structure to increase the professional, proportion, innovative talents; improve the system mechanism to optimize work and living environment of the talent.
