摘要
教师教育的关注重点已从职前向职后延伸,而教师在职培训的根本蜕变取决于范式转型,即从"专家中心"到"教师个人中心"。师本培训关注每个具体、生动和特殊的教师"个人主体"而不是抽象、集合、概念化的"类主体",师本培训符合国内外教师培训的变革走向。它尊重教师个人建立在自己意愿和兴趣、特色和潜能基础上的特殊发展需求,将教师个体本身视为一种重要的培训资源而不仅仅是培训对象,评价重点则是"后培训时期"教师个人的可持续发展。
The focus of the teacher education has extended from the pre-accession to the post-accession,and the fundamental transformation of the in-service training for teachers depends on the paradigm shift from the "expert-centered" to the "individual teacher-centered".The training for teachers focus on each specific,vivid and special teacher as the main body rather than the Abstract,collective,and conceptualized teachers as a "class".Such training for teachers should accord with the trends of the teacher training at home and abroad,which shows respect for the individual teacher's special developing needs based on his own wishes,interests,characteristics and potentialities,and regards him as important training resources instead of mere targeted receiver for training.The evaluation should focus on the sustainable development of the individual teacher in the "Post-training Period".
