摘要
以汽车覆盖件中的典型零件尾门内板为例,分析了零件的成形工艺性及易产生的问题,并针对其特点提出了制作冲压工艺的原则。然后利用AutoForm软件对拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟与分析,得出了合理的工艺方案,较为准确地预测了整个冲压成形过程中可能出现的起皱、开裂等缺陷。缩短了模具调试周期,提高了零件成形质量。
Taking an example by liftgate inner panel as a typical covering parts in automobile, analyzed the forming process and the problems. According to its characteristics, the principles of stamping process were put forward. Then, reasonable stamping process was obtained by using AutoForm to simulate and analyze the forming process. It predicted the possibly defects such as wrinkle and crack accurately. So the tryout cycle decreases and the forming quality improves.
