摘要
汽车翼子板是重要的外板覆盖件,搭接部位多,是影响整车质量的重要因素之一。介绍了通过合理的冲压工艺排布,用四工序化模具完成了翼子板的生产。详细讲述了第三工序翻边整形模具,由于总体工序数量压缩,该工序包含了修边、整形、翻边、侧冲孔、侧整形多种工艺内容,模具结构紧凑复杂。在保证汽车翼子板产品质量的前提下,通过降低工序数量,节省了模具的开发成本和生产成本。
The car fender is an important automobile covering part with many multiple lap joints,which is a key factor for the quality of a whole car.Through rational stamping process arrangement,the car fender was produced by four working procedure dies.This paper is focused on the flanging-forming die with compact and complex structure used in the third working process,which consists of several process contents,such as trimming,forming,flanging,side punching and side forming.On the premise of ensuring the quality of car fender,die development cost and production cost are saved by reducing the number of working procedures.
