摘要
以某家用SUV车型的翼子板为例,提出解决翼子板因侧整形引起的外观R角变尖的方案,该方案避免了翼子板拉深补充工艺使用附加的造型,减少成形缺陷的产生,并通过实际模具进行验证,降低了侧整形后R角产生变尖缺陷的风险,为零件成形时遇到类似问题提供参考。
Taking the wing of a family SUV as an example,a solution to the sharpening of appearance R-angle at the wing caused by side sizing was proposed,the solution avoided the use of additional modelling in the drawing process supplement of the wing and reduced forming defects,and through the actual die verification,it reduced the risk of R-angle sharpening defect after side sizing,and provided a reference for similar problems encountered in parts forming.
