摘要
针对整体式车门内板水切位置,传统拉深工艺补充方式存在调试困难和生产不稳定的情况,通过工艺的转变,拉深补充造型的优化,解决了传统工艺中开裂和起皱并存的问题,可以缩短调试周期并保证稳定生产状态;调整后的工艺造型相对于传统补充所需空间较小,对材料利用率有一定的提升。
For the traditional drawing supplement of sealing belt position on the integral door inner panel, the debugging was difficult and the entire production process was unstable. It solved the problem that the cracking and wrinkling alternately existed in the traditional process by changing the thinking and optimizing the supplement molding. It shortened the debugging cycle of the die and ensured the stable production. The occupied space after modified was smaller than before, and the material utilization was higher.
