摘要 利用AutoForm软件对尾门内板4种不同的拉深方案进行数值模拟,在成形性、后序工艺、材料利用率等方面进行对比分析,确定了尾门内板下凹的三动拉深方案和工艺参数,解决了零件的开裂与起皱问题,提高了材料利用率,满足了装配要求。 Four different drawing schemes of door inner panel were numerical simulated by AutoForm software, and its formability, sequencing operation and material utilization were compared and analyzed. The scheme of three-movement drawing and the process parame-ters of the door inner panel were determined. It solved the issue of crack and wrinkle, im- proved the material utilization and met the assembly requirements of burr direction.
