摘要
采用紫外、红外吸收光谱、核磁共振波谱和质谱法表征了阻燃剂丙烯酸五溴苄酯,同时对GC-FID测定其含量进行了研究。以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,Varian CP-SIL 5CB为分离柱建立了常量分析方法。标准曲线方程y=0.212 8x+0.082 6,r=0.994 7。2种浓度(200 mg/L、2 000 mg/L)添加平均回收率为99.8%~99.9%,符合分析要求;8次重复测定,精密度RSD为1.09%,检出限5 mg/L。另外,还明确了GC-FID和HPLC-UV测定丙烯酸五溴苄酯的特点。
Based on UV, IR, NMR and mass spectrometry to characterize the chemical structure of pentabormobenzyl acrylate, a determination method was studied by GC - FID with Vari- an CP - SIL 5C column. Dibutyl phthalate was selected to be the internal standard substance. The linear equation was Y = 0. 212 8x + 0. 082 6, and r was 0. 994 7. The recovery rate was between 99.8% and 99. 9% when the added pentabormobenzyl acrylate concentration were between 200 mg/L and 2 000 mg/L. RSD was 1.09%. The limit of detection was 5 mg/L.
