文章以四氯化碳-水作溶剂,体积比为3:1,在强酸性介质中,以双氧水氧化 HBr,加入磷酸脂盐表面活性剂和Mg-Al-Cl·Na2WO4催化剂,Br2与双酚A量之比为2.1 :1,低温下合成了四溴双酚A。四溴双酚A的产率为97.4%,收率为94.0%,纯度为 99.2%。
At low temperature, Br2 and biphenol A(the rate of volumes is 2: 1 )synthetized tetrabromobisphenol A. The conditions of this reaction are that CCl4 - H2O ( the rate of volumes is 3 : 1 ) as solvent, HBr is oxidized by H2O2 in the strong acid medium, then adding phosphate ester surfactant and catalytic agent (Mg- Al -Cl · Na2WO4 ). The results show that the productive rate of tetrabromobisphenol A is 97.4%, its yield is 94.0%, and its purity is 99.2%.
