摘要 以甲亢为切入点,在中西医结合7年制学生《中西医结合内科学》内分泌疾病课堂教学中运用PBL教学法,以问题为导向,选取临床具体案例进行模拟,通过场景递进的方式编制隐含大量信息的教案。在实际教学过程中,发现PBL教学法可以充分调动学生的学习积极性,有效培养学生临床思维、人文关怀和社会责任感等综合能力。 In this paper,take the hyperthyroidism as a starting point,use the PBL method in the classroom teaching of hyperthyroidism of 《Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine》.Problem oriented,select the Particular clinical case and then simulated,preparation of teaching plan of containing a large amount of information by scenes conducting.In the actual teaching process,we find the PBL mobilizing the enthusiasm of students fully,and effecting the students’ clinical thinking,humane care and social responsibility.
