医学微生物学教学中以问题为基础学习与以授课为基础学习教学法的比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative study on problem-based learning and lecture-based learning in microbiology theory teaching

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础学习与以授课为基础学习教学法在医学微生物学教学中的应用效果。方法选择河南大学医学院2006级和2007级临床医学专业各100名本科学生,分别采用以问题为基础学习和以授课为基础学习教学法进行医学微生物学理论教学。结果学生的考试成绩表明,以问题为基础学习教学班学生“细菌学”的平均成绩明显高于以授课为基础学习教学班学生,而“病毒学”的平均成绩却明显低于以授课为基础学习教学班学生。结论两种教学法各有所长,在具体的医学微生物学教学中,只有灵活运用才会获得较好的教学效果。 Objective To compare the effect of problem-based learning(PBL) and lecture-based learning(LBL) teaching method used in microbiology teaching. Methods 200 students of grade 2006 and 2007 majored in clinical medicine were randomly divided into PBL group and LBL group. PBL group was taught by PBL teaching method while LBL group by LBL teaching method. Results The average score of bacteriology of PBL group was higher than that of LBL group. However, the average score of virology of PBL group was lower than that of LBL group. Conclusions The results showed that each of the two teaching methods had its advantages and should be applied flexibly to gain good teaching effects.
