摘要
本文研究了X荧光光谱仪快速测定钛合金中Al、V元素的方法。通过试验确定仪器最佳测试条件,应用基体元素校正公式对标准工作曲线进行校正,结果表明,该方法快捷、简便、准确度高、稳定性好。
Rapid determination of Al and V in titanium alloys by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was studied in this paper. The best condition for the analysis was defined, and the matrix element correction formula was used instead of an ordinary calibration curve. The results showed the method was fast easy, accurate and steady.
