摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱法测试平板式脱硝催化剂化学成份时,因催化剂的有效成分与基材剥离时,会把基材中的干扰元素引入到有效成分中,特别是基材中的铬与钒具有相似的波长,影响测试。文章采用磁铁吸附法、波长调整法两种手段,消除了铬对钒测试的影响,测试数据准确、可靠。
When X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is used to measure the chemical composition of flat-plate denitrification catalyst, the effective component of catalyst and the base material will be introduced into the effective component, especially when the chromium and vanadium in the base material have similar wavelength, which will affect the test. In this paper, the influence of chromium on vanadium measurement is eliminated by magnet adsorption method and wavelength adjustment method. The test data are accurate and reliable.
