电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铝镁环中硅锰铁钛铜磷 被引量:1

Determination of silicon,manganese,iron,titanium,copper and phosphorus in aluminum-magnesium ring by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry

摘要 以盐酸和硝酸溶解铝镁环样品,选择Si212.412nm、Mn257.610nm、Fe238.204nm、Ti334.940nm、Cu324.752nm、P187.221nm作为分析线,采用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线消除基体效应的影响,使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铝镁环中硅、锰、铁、钛、铜、磷。各待测元素校准曲线线性相关系数均大于O.999。方法中各待测元素的检出限为O.OO11~0.020μg/mL,测定下限为0.0037~O.O67μg/mL。按照实验方法测定样品中硅、锰、铁、钛、铜、磷,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为O.62%~3.1%;各元素的回收率在89%~116%之间。按照实验方法测定样品中硅、锰、铁、钛、铜、磷,测定值与分光光度法及原子吸收光谱法测定结果相吻合。 The aluminum-magnesium ring sample was dissolved with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid,and the calibration curves was prepared with matrix matching method to eliminate the influence of matrix effect.Consequently,the content of silicon,manganese,iron,titanium,copper and phosphorus in aluminum-magnesium ring was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICPAES)with Si 212.412 nm,Mn 257.610 nm,Fe 238.204 nm,Ti 334.940 nm,Cu 324.752 nm and P187.221 nm were selected as the analytical lines.The linear correlation coefficients of calibration curves of elements were all higher than 0.999.The detection limits of each element were between 0.001 1μg/mL and 0.02 0μg/mL,and the low limits of determination were between 0.003 7μg/mL and 0.06 7μg/mL.The proposed method was applied to the determination of silicon,manganese,iron,titanium,copper and phosphorus in sample.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)of determination results were between 0.62% and 3.1%.The recoveries were between 89% and 116%.The content of silicon,manganese,iron,titanium,copper and phosphorus in sample was determined according to the experimental method.The results were consistent with those obtained by the spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry.
