摘要
德国具有兼容互通的教育体系和完善成熟的职业教育制度及双元制的职业教育模式。德国职业教育的课程设计、教学方法和考试方法自成体系,职业院校教师的继续教育和培训有法可依、有章可循。德国职业教育有底蕴、有底气、有底牌,在完善职业教育培训的法律体系、打造技能人才全职业生涯成长通道、打造职业院校的校企合作无缝对接和健全完善的职业院校师资培养、进修机制等方面值得我们学习和借鉴。
Abstract： Germany possesses a compatible and communicative educational system, a perfect and mature vocational education system, and a dual-system vocational education mode. The Ger- man vocational education has a complete system including class design, teaching methods and ex- amination methods, thus continuing education and training of vocational college teachers have clear rules to follow. German vocational education has deep cultural background, solid founda- tion and rich content. We can learn from them in many ways such as legal system designed to perfect vocational education training, creating complete career path for skilled talents, forming seamless linkage between vocational schools and enterprises, perfecting teacher cultivation and continuing education mechanism.
