摘要
公安机关应坚持以信息化引领社会管理创新,以信息手段促进警民关系和谐:实施信息导侦,完善网上作战手段,有效打击、预防犯罪,维护社会治安秩序稳定;强化信息交流,拓宽警民联系渠道,畅通民意表达渠道,完善情报信息网络;借助信息技术手段,提高社会服务质量,推行网上便民服务措施,提供全方位的信息服务;重视网络信息收集,把握信息传播主导权,积极引导网络舆情,化解网络舆情危机;坚持信息公开,提高工作透明度,保障群众的知情权、监督权和参与权。
The public security should persist in using information technology to lead the innovation of social management, promote the harmonious relation of the people and police by means of information：implementing of information-led investigation to maintain social ordeit and stability; strengthening the exchange of information to set up the connection between police and platform; using infommtion technology to improve the quality of social services; stressing web information collection to resolve the crisis of online public opinion; adhering to the information disclosure to improve transparency.
