摘要
随着智慧公安建设的不断推进,公安机关的新兴技术应用和基础设施建设取得了初步成果,公安决策正经历着由传统决策模式向数据驱动决策模式的转型,但数据驱动公安决策运行体系中的情报失败和决策失败困境仍严重阻碍着公安智慧决策的达成。引入循证决策理念,构建数据驱动的公安循证决策体系,有利于增强公安决策数据挖掘与应用能力,切实推动新时代公安决策智能化、精准化、长效化发展,为实现大数据时代的公安智慧决策提供了新方向。
With the continuous advancement of the construction of intelligent public security,the public security organs have got initial achievements in the application of emerging technologies and infrastructure construction,and public security decision-making is experiencing the transformation from the traditional mode to the data-driven one,but the dilemmas of intelligence failure and decision-making failure in the data-driven public security decision-making operation system still seriously impede the intelligent decision-making.A data-driven public security decision-making system based on evidence is helpful to enhance the data exploration and application while making public-security-related decisions,and effectively promote the intelligent,precise and long-term public security decision-making in the new era,which will provide a new direction for the public security intelligent decision-making in the big data era.
