摘要
新闻专业英语和新闻传播学课程的双语教学,二者都是我国高校新闻院(系)积极应对改革开放、经济全球化、传播全球化而进行的教学创新实践。新闻传播视域和英语语境的结合是两类课程的共有特质,这也使得二者容易被混淆和误解。结合对两类课程的教学实践,通过对其内容和特点进行比较,从而探讨如何才能发挥其课程特性,并对新闻传播教学培养起到应有作用。
Bilingual teaching of Professional English on Journalism course and bilingual teaching of News Communication course are both creative teaching practice of colleges or departments of journalism in China to positively respond to reform and opening up, economic globalization and global communication. The combination between horizon of news communication and English context is a common quality shared by the two courses but it also causes the two courses to be confused and misunderstood easily. Based on the writer＇s teaching practice of the two courses and through the comparison between them in content and characteristic, the paper discusses how to develop their course characteristics and make them play their due roles in education of Journalism and Communication.
