摘要
以14种蛋白质含量差异较大的小麦为材料,用凯氏定氮法和近红外光谱法分别测定了蛋白质含量。结果表明,近红外光谱与凯氏定氮法测定结果呈显著正相关,能够快速、准确、无损地测定完整小麦子粒的蛋白质,可以在育种早代用来鉴定、筛选大量中间材料。
14 wheat samples with different contents of proteins were analyzed by Kjeldahl method and near infrared spectroscopy method.The results showed that the protein contents obtained by these two methods had a significant positive correlation.The near infrared spectroscopy,as a fast accurate and non-destructive method for detecting protein in wheat,can be used to identify the early generation of breeding and screen mounts of intermediate materials.
